This robot vacuum-mop is a good alternative for those who live in flats, since it is able to carry the garbage away in its own bin, and also uses a smaller docking station. The app allows you to select different modes and monitor cleaning, plus the mopping feature impresses.

The Combo includes many of the same smarts that the J7 Plus has, such as an onboard acoustic sensor to determine the type of floor and AI-powered Navigation, but it doesn't have the ability to set suction power by hand. It's also slightly less compact than the vac-only version, and doesn't come with self-emptying docks.
The Combo is one of my top choices for most homes. Its elegant design is also one of the most attractive I've seen. The matte black finish is more sophisticated than the glossy or metallic finishes of the majority of competitors. iRobot also adds some more elegant features, such as the leather tab that opens the onboard bin and a shelf that can hold extra bags inside the dock. The iRobot Combo also allows you to easily create maps of your home, and to create Keep-Out Zones as well as No-Mop Zones, and Clean Zones.

While Roborock is comparatively new to the robot vacuum and mop market but it's already made its name because of its innovative cleaning technologies. Its vacuums feature industry-leading suction power, and the brand's mopping systems feature vibrating mops that scrub floors clean. You can also customize the cleaning routine of the bot by using a variety of scheduling and mapping features.
Another outstanding Roborock feature is obstacle avoidance, which lets the robot see objects lower than its height. It's a bit smaller than its competitors, and its main brush is a bit shorter but it still managed an impressive job in our test room. The revolving edge brush on the side is a nice feature. While it didn't remove dirt as effectively as other competitors, it did a great job.
