Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you need to clean up mess fast, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops that I have tested come with top-quality mapping and navigation, picking up Cheerios wires, tangled wires and fake dog turds without leaving them behind.
They're also simple to use using an app that lets you schedule cleaning tasks and track what they're working on.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the most efficient robot mop and vacuum combination. It is equipped with the latest features. This premium vacuum is quick and agile, and it picked up pet hair and human dander almost flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish interface that includes a mini map of your home and a few on-screen buttons to control the device manually.
The S8's Dirt-Detection Technology allows it to adjust the cleaning mode based on the amount of dirt. It will pause and clean its mopping pad more frequently when it encounters dust while it will prioritize carpeted areas to mop with a damp pad.
The mop roller comes with many other smart features, including docks that connects to your home plumbing system to wash and clean it without having to refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8 it is possible to use voice commands to specify room cleaning modes and the ability to control granular settings using only your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-off robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities The Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile options. It's among the many combinator robot vacuums that include mops that are also priced lower than the competition.
Like most robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to begin, which includes setting up an account with the manufacturer's app and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've completed that, the robot will start vacuuming and mops easily.
It is important to remember that the mapping process could take some time and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets an accurate image of your space. In addition the detection of objects can be unpredictable and it was able to skim over furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to flip it over to get free. These aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those in need of an all-purpose cleaning tool that can do it all.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features an inclination that is similar to hand scrubbing which results in floors that are truly cleaned and not just swept. The detachable stick vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to reach areas that robot vacuums can't.
This model is essentially identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa, and a few additional smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor is able to learn your home better and offer dynamic obstacles avoidance. The smart app allows you to customize a number of settings including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping by having both the robot vacuum and the mop returning to their charging station after each task to wash their pads, empty their dust bins and place debris into bags that self-seal. This helps keep the system tidy and prevents allergens recirculating. remote hoover is long enough to cover large areas without the need for a recharge during cleaning.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more expensive robot vacuum and mop models, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the money. It has a strong 8,000 Pa suction power, a rotating brush for hard floors and carpets and a great obstacles-avoiding. It also boasts a unique mopping method, that uses a roller that is continuously doused with water to pull up dirt and deposit it in the dirty water tank.
Its navigation technology performed well and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing, and staying clear of stairs. However, it did struggle with finely engrained debris and didn't always get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. The operating noise level is also quite high, so it may be less of a set-and-forget model than other models.

As with most robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that can replenish its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with a regular schedule. You can manage all of its functions via the Eufy app, which gives an overview of the system and plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums available that are available. It provides impressive results in mopping and vacuuming. The LIDAR sensors for mapping can identify furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with reasonable precision. The application allows users to adjust the coverage of the map, create no-go zones, and even modify their cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which is an issue for many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM, while applying up to 12N downward pressure. The mopping system is also equipped with smart carpet detection, lifting these pads upward when they're near soft surfaces to avoid contaminating them.
The docking station functions as a hands-free maintenance centre that automatically washes and dries the mops, then refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station comes with an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, allowing seven weeks of maintenance free operation.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars cheaper than the S8 This robot is a slick job of keeping my office spotless and also take on the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to build a map of your home, so it knows which areas to avoid. In addition, unlike other vacuums with mopping capabilities, it has object/obstacle detection that avoids things like dog toys and bowls (but not poop!).
Other fantastic features include a self-emptying dustbin, a mop that is self-washing, adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also customize the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.
Like robot cleaner amazon has multi-room smart mapping that can differentiate between laminate, carpets and hardwood with high-pile rugs. And, if you're looking to cut down on time, it can skip mopping in rooms that aren't filthy. If you have a wide range of flooring in your house and don't want to invest more money on a Roborock that comes with advanced mapping features this is a great choice.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that can handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes, this little robot is a good choice. It comes with a variety of features like the ability to empty the dustbin on its own as well as a separate water refill dock, as well as customizable settings in the app. It's surprisingly quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up the tangled tassels of a rug and it drains its battery more quickly than other models we've tried.
With a cost of less than $250 and less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and a handy automation into a slick design. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests of vacuuming however, it did well. It also comes with a variety of cleaning modes to meet your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' option for debris that is light to the more powerful 'Turbo' mode for rooms with carpet. It can even remove and reconnect the mop pads, and not leave your carpets soaked.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used even in small spaces. It's quiet and quick, and it does a great job of maneuvering around tight spaces. It also does a nice job of getting pet hair out of carpeting.
It's smaller than most of its rivals however it doesn't compromise features. It has a decent amount of suction power, and it is able to take a photo of each object it picks up (i.e. chew toys, or socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they don't get removed during subsequent cleanings. Its photos are encrypted and aren't linked to your account.
It's great for vacuuming, but not so good at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip to the bottom of the bot, and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal that have water reservoirs and automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
